1、 Overview
The temperature control part of the heating furnace adopts the latest microcomputer intelligent control technology. The mechanical operation part adopts a variable frequency motor driven by an imported frequency converter, which runs smoothly with low noise. Directly set the temperature, and the maximum heating temperature can reach 300 ℃. And it can perform temperature deviation correction with high accuracy. Work is safe and reliable. It can work continuously for more than 26 hours at 260 ℃. The aging kettle is made of high-quality steel with trapezoidal threads for easy disassembly and assembly. The outer ring is made of high-temperature resistant material and does not deform at 300 ℃ during normal operation. In addition, there are power and electrical control systems installed on the upper part of the furnace body for easy use, maintenance, and repair.
2、 Principles and Applications
Simulate the drilling conditions underground, especially the slow circulation speed of the annular space, and study the characteristics of the mud during heating and rolling. Three rollers drive two aging kettles to roll inside the furnace.
